The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) says the security situation in the country is peaceful.
In a statement ZRP spokesperson Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi said members of the public should feel free to conduct their day to day business without fear.
He also refuted claims that there was an accident in Harare involving an escort motorbike.
