A 21 year old man, Albert Tom was arraigned before the Guruve Magistrate Courts on allegations of murder.
It is alleged that Tom confronted the victim accusing him of stealing his US$33.
He reportedly struck the deceased with an iron rod on the forehead and several times all over the body.
