Minister of Information Publicity and Broadcasting Services Monica Mutsvangwa yesterday launched Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation (ZBC) music channel Jive TV The ZBC Jive TV.
This is the first entertainment channel to be launched in Zimbabwe.
Speaking during the launch, Mutsvangwa said the launch of ZBC’s musical channel, Jive TV marks another milestone as Government continues to fulfill its promise of opening up the airwaves.
Jive TV has a programming that is 100% music and entertainment based.
At least 60% percent of the music will be from local artistes and entertainers while 25% will be from other African countries.
The remaining 15% will be international content.
