Mr Nephel Rugara of Shabanie Football Club collapsed and died yesterday while watching a lower division match yesterday.
The cause of death has not yet been disclosed.
Rugara fell and died on the spot the moment his team scored a winning goal.
he becames the second person to die at a football match after another player died during a match last year in Zimbabwe.
