Zimbabwe’s Minister of State for Presidential Affairs and Monitoring Government Programmes Mr simbarashe Mumbengegwi has lost in Zanu PF primary elections.
Mumbengegwi’s massive 12629 votes was not enough against Larry Mavima’s 17371 for Zvishavane Runde senatorial post.
In another poll former CIO director Albert Miles Ngulube won in Chiredzi East.
In Kwekwe, controversial clergyman Archbishop Kandrose Mugabe won the race for Kwekwe Central Constituency.
