Operation Restore Legacy escapee Mr Saviour Kasukuwere was spotted at the bio-metric voter registration point in Harare’s Belgravia Shopping Center on Monday.
The former government minister and Zanu-PF top official entered the BVR centre and left within 5 minutes.
Kasukuwere who was in a jovial mood claimed he had come to enquire on the registration process.
“I had only come to find out how the process takes place,” he said before declining to answer any more questions.
Saviour Kasukuwere returned to Zimbabwe days after telling reporters that he was homesick and could no longer endure tough life in exile.
