Divorce negotiations between the late former president Robert Mugabe’s daughter Bona and her estranged husband Simba Chikore, have reportedly taken a nasty turn after it emerged that Simba has firmly sets his eyes on jackpot.

The now controversial pilot is reportedly refusing to accept a golden handshake from bona insisting that he they should equally shared their assets.

As the divorce negotiations intensify, it has now emerged Bona offered Chikore a house in Chishawasha, motor vehicles, cattle and other “significant assets” as part of the divorce settlement.
However, Chikore promptly rejected the offer, demanding, instead, to be given more properties, including in Harare’s upmarket Umwinsidale which Bona is holding onto on the grounds that they were donated to her through her late father’s estate.
Chikore is also eying a house in Mt Pleasant where President Mugabe stayed in 1980 after he became Zimbabwe’s first leader following independence.
Many are saying this historic house should go to Mugabe’s daughter due to its historical significance and sentimental value.
