The Sports and Recreation Commission has dissolved the Zimbabwe Football Association board.
SRC is a statutory body whose mandate is to regulate and develop sport and recreation in Zimbabwe.
The board is led by Felton Kamambo who is facing corruption allegations.
Meanwhile, the move by SRC puts Zimbabwe in line for FIFA ban.
FIFA statutes bars governments from interfering with football matters.
