Controversial Harare businessman Wicknell Chivayo was yesterday granted $2 000 bail by the High Court after it was determined that he was not a flight risk contrary to the suggestion by the Zimbabwe National Prosecuting Authority.
Wicknell is accused of defrauding the Zimbabwe Power Company of $5,6 million in a Gwanda Solar Project
