A strict national lockdown announced by Zimbabwe Vice President General Constantino Chiwenga  has prompted a large number of South Africa based Zimbabweans to leave the country at the same time after Harare warned that all international travel by road would be banned in the country.

Entering South Africa is not easy  because a curfew in Mzansi begins at 21:00 and ends at 6:00 in the morning causing overcrowding and long delays at the crossing point.
