The City of Harare says any person above the age of 70 (senior citizens) and war veterans have been exempted for paying city parking.
In a public notice, City Parking said eligibility requirements include proof of residence, vehicle registration book in beneficiary’s name among other things.
For war veterans, the beneficiary should produce War Veterans ID.
