The Zimbabwe Republic Police have confirmed the arrest of a Mbare man Phaeteon Mutiyaya (23) for selling alcohol to minors on Christmas Day.
Meanwhile, among the minors who appeared in a video consuming alcohol on the day in question, nine have been identified.
