Unvaccinated congregants are free to attend church as despite announcement by Zimbabwe’s cabinet on August 11, barring them from doing so.
The High Court has ordered that the announcement by cabinet is unlawful.
This came after lawyers challenged the decree by cabinet as of no legal force.
Meanwhile, police are barred from arresting unvaccinated sit-in congregants.
