Energy Minister Zhemu Soda has suspendef Petrotrade board chaired by lawyer Tinomudaishe Chinyoka.
Soda says the move is to allow investigations into issues to do with corporate governance.
Board which was put in place last year also includes ex-MDC Alliance lawmaker Lilian Timveous, who defected to Zanu PF.
