Petros Pomborokani (50) the fugitive who allegedly shot and killed his wife and his brother-in-law in front of his three children last month is threatening yet more bloodshed.

Despite being on the police’s most wanted Pomborokani, a former senior official at the Ministry of Health and Child Care is reported to be threatening to kill all the men that he suspects of having carried out adulterous affairs with his now late wife, Olivia Zenda.

Pomborokani is reported to be using South African and United Kingdom-registered mobile numbers to threaten all the people who he suspects of having had extramarital affairs with his deceased wife.

A statement from the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) on the matter reads,

At the present moment, Pomborokani is threatening several people with death using South African and United Kingdom lines whom he is suspecting of extra-marital affairs with Zenda.

The police are yet to apprehend Pomborokani and are appealing for information that may lead to his arrest.

Pomborokani who once kidnapped popular gospel musician Mathias Mhere,  shot and killed his wife Olivia Zenda and his brother-in-law, Robert Zenda, in front of his three children, mother-in-law, a relative and housemaid at the couple’s Gletwin house. The couple had been married for 20 years and have four children aged 19, 12, 10 and eight. Police recovered two loaded magazines at the crime scene.

He also had two other cases of physical abuse that were reported against him by his wife at the Highlands Police Station.
