Kenya‘s vice president William Samoei Ruto has been declared winner of Kenya‘s presidential election with 50.49% of vote.
He beats longtime opposition campaigner Raila Odinga.Ruto got 7, 176, 141 (50. 49%) and Raila got 6,942,93 (48.85%).
Meanwhile, 4 of 7 commissioners of electoral body refused to sign for result, which Odinga claims was manipulated.
They walked out.
