National policing authorities have reported that the remains of a 51-year old man were found stashed in a shallow pit at a village in Sadza, Chikomba district, Mashonaland East Province.
Without shedding much detail on their Twitter page, the Zimbabwe Republic Police said ZRP Sadza has already launched investigations to ascertain circumstances surrounding the death of the quinquagenarian.
“ZRP Sadza is investigating a case where the remains of a 51-year-old man were found in a shallow pit at Jacha Village, Sadza, on 22/09/22,” tweeted the police.
In another case, the ZRP also said that they were investigating a murder case in which the body of a 20-year-old man was found lying on the ground with stab wounds on the neck, nose, and protruding intestines, at Queenspark East Shops, Bulawayo, on 24/09/22 at around 0200 hours.
