Zimbabwean, Lesotho immigrants in SA engaged in running battles, police called in- report

Immigrant Zimbabwean farm workers in the Robertson area of the Western Cape in South Africa are reportedly under attack from immigrant workers from Lesotho.

According to Newshawks, the two groups have been locked in running battles.

Police were called in to restore order.

Meanwhile, foreign nationals in South Africa have been under siege for long, this was after South Africans accused them of taking over their jobs.

At times they were accused of criminal activities.

In some instances xenophobic attacks reared up with foreign nationals being burnt alive.
