The Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority has warned of power outages in Harare’s Hatfield suburb.
The power utility attributed the cuts to the vandalism and theft of underground cables.
Apparently, Zimbabwe has been contending with reduced power generation amid antiquated equipment.
