President Robert Mugabe left Harare few hours after returning from Singapore, Zimnews can reveal.

Mugabe silently entered the country in the early hours of yesterday, Thursday 13.

He then had intense closed door meetings with Emmerson Mnangagwa and Jonathan Moyo before his motorcade sped off towards ‘an unknown destination’ outside Harare.

While many speculated about his intended destination, there were rumours that he  headed to the small west African country of Togo.

But President Mugabe reappeared today at Chinhoyi University of Technology (CUT)  where he capped 1 682 graduands with various degrees.

President Mugabe who was seen by specialist Singapore doctors this past weekend is reportedly battling a number of age related health problems.

Zimnews  has been the first Zimbabwe online news publication, to report on Mugabe’s Singapore health visit with surety on the of 7th October last week. We have also reported with verification and confirmation from reliable government sources, that Mugabe’s wife Grace, grandson Simbanashe and daughter Bona were also on scheduled medical visits to Singapore in the company of Air Zimbabwe top dog, Simba Chikore.

Meanwhile, a former Zanu PF member of Parliament, now with opposition ZimPF, told Zimnews on Thursaday, that he had it on good account, that Zanu PF may go down with Mugabe if he leaves, as hardliners in G40 and Team Lacoste factions have vowed not to work under rival factions if their leader is not picked to succeed Mugabe.

“War has already broken out in the ruling party, high ranking government officials are at each other’s throat as military officers, bigwigs, ministers and vice presidents are now planning for life after Mugabe, this is the end, we are all seeing it,” he said.

“Mugabe is the glue that holds things together. As he slowly and painfully bows out, things are falling apart  very fast right before his eye, ” said our source on condition of anonymity.
