When is President Mugabe retiring? Here is the answer from the man himself

President Robert Mugabe has made it clear that he is there for life as he feels that he was created to be president and nothing else.

This came up while Mugabe was addressing a large number of singing women and youths who were bussed to Harare to shore up support for the 92 year old who was rejected and condemned by Zimbabwe’s Liberation War Veterans last week.

Mugabe said this after trashing recent calls by war veterans to step down for his vice president, Emmerson D Mnangagwa.

As if to prove a point, the Zanu PF leader went on to openly attack succession stories by challenging Mnangagwa, for the first time, to come clean and not to remain silent when war veterans are encouraging him to take over the presidency.
