Vice President Constantino Chiwenga’s ex wife Mary Mubaiwa’s bid to halt her ongoing criminal trials on medical grounds hit a snag at the Harare High Court.
This was after the National Prosecuting Authority failed to submit the results of the court-ordered investigation into her medical condition.
The resultant delay has temporarily stalled her efforts to pause the trials.
