Mugabe afraid of Pastor Mawarire,ThisFlag protests, Hoping to get some rest if he goes into exile

This Flag Zimbabwe protester Pastor Evan Mawarire has expressed concern following utterances  from Mugabe  telling the activist to leave.

Mugabe departed from his template funeral speech that usually focuses on the West, sanctions, Morgan Tsvangirai and MDC.

He had some unkind words for Mawarire;

“If they don’t want to live with us they should go to those countries that are sponsoring them. You can’t urge people to adopt violence, violent demonstrations as the way of life or a way of solving grievances, no.We will say no, forever no; find another environment if you are a pastor. I don’t know if he is a man of religion. A man of religion will speak the biblical truth,” said Mugabe while burying a party cadre at the National Heroes Acre in Harare yesterday.

Mawarire who is not used to high profile bashing was left worried by Mugabe’s inaudible ramblings;

“To hear a head of state talk of something that is an untruth is bad. So this has become a very serious situation for me, and I fear it. I am worried,” said ThisFlag leader.

Meanwhile a Kwekwe based Zanu PF member from a powerful faction told reporters that Mugabe’s party is sweating as they do not have any clue or resources to deal with the massive support behind ThisFlag movement.

“Mugabe is actually very afraid, all they are praying for is that  Mawarire goes into exile, imagine they spent hours debating his name last week and Mugabe is briefed every morning by his security on the activities and movements of Mawarire,” said a Zanu faction member on condition of anonymity.
