Joseph Chinotimba joined Zanu PF factional war in style this week when he demanded in Parliament for more action against Saviour Kasukuwere who is facing a mountain of accusations over misappropriation of state funds and resources.
On Tuesday, Joseph Chinotimba spoke on what legislators saw as an attempt by acting Speaker Mabel Chinomona and the Clerk of Parliament Kennedy Chokuda to block presentation of a report on the Marange-Zimunya Community Share Ownership Trust that called for the arrest of Saviour Kasukuwere.
A number of state and private run publications ran a story alleging that Kasukuwere fooled Mugabe on Marange money.
This came after Zimbabwe army bosses labelled corrupt Zanu PF ministers as a threat to the security of the nation.
Zimnews reported last month that Mnangagwa was given a go ahead by the president’s office to investigate Kasukuwere over misappropriation of state resources.
Now Chinotimba has added his voice and below is his statement taken online.
