We are saddened to announce the passing on of a colleague and Head of Cabinet Secretariat, Mr Francis Sonny Mapingire. Mr Mapingire was well known to media colleagues who attend the post Cabinet Briefing. Our prayers and thoughts are with his family, friends and other colleagues
