Former Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) spokesperson Oliver Mandipaka says ‘unpatriotic’ people like renowned investigative journalist Hopewell Chin’ono and Citizens Coalition Fadzayi Mahere should be arrested.
“My conscience still raddles that unpatriotic sellouts like @daddyhope @Cde_Ostallos & @advocatemahere have a case to answer against the state as a patriotic citizen and an authority in the police force it is my duty to see that the law prevails,” he says.
Mandipaka is now Buhera Member of Parliament on ruling party ZANU PF ticket.
Apparently, Chin’ono has over the years been known for exposing high level corruption.
He has received a number of international awards for exposing high level corruption in the country.
However, he has been viewed as anti-government and a sellout by the ruling party ZANU PF.
He has been in and out of jail on trumped up charges.
