At least 24 Budiriro 5B households were affected by flash floods from last last night’s rainfall.
However, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Information, Nick Mangwana says some of the affected families are refusing to be evacuated.
They are citing different reasons including that married couples are separated at the new community at Budiriro 2 centre.
