Rwanda President Paul Kagame has been caught lying after he said he never met Nelson Chamisa and he does not know him.
On the other hand Chamisa claims Mugabe introduced him to Kagame during an international summit in Switzerland.
One of the two is telling the truth, one is lying and here is a picture of the two meeting.
