The Chitungwiza Municipality has issued a stern warning against illegal land developers, occupiers and barons.
The authority warns members of the public against buying land from unscrupulous dealers with a belief that such transactions would be entertained.
The Municipality added that people should not enter into illegal land deals hoping that such illegal settlements will be regularised by Council.
