Former South African President Jacob Zuma’s party Umkhonto WeSizwe has withdrawn its court petition against the election results.
The party cited the Electoral Commission of South African, The Chief Elections Officer, President Cyril Ramaphosa among others as respondents.
The MKP had claimed the election was rigged, hence the court application, which it has now withdrawn.
