ZEC warns voters against using phones to take pictures of marked ballots

The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) has advised voters to desist from taking photographs of marked ballots, saying this is a criminal offence.

ZEC says the warning comes after some voters were caught taking pictures of marked ballots using their phones.
