Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe governor John Mangudya says he has engaged bakeries to reduce the price of bread.
He says modalities are being put in place so that bakeries will be able to get foreign currency from the central bank’s auction system.
So far, bread is going for over a dollar, the price which has rendered it luxury for many families.
