President Emmerson Mnangagwa will be in Epworth today where is expected to launch ZANU-PF’s victory celebrations.

Epworth is one of the urban constituencies that the ruling party managed to win against the Nelson Chamisa led Citizens Coalition for Change in the just ended by-elections.

ZANU-PF senior official Mike Bimha confirmed today’s event.

“Tomorrow we gather in Epworth for the launch of our victory celebrations. These will be taking place in various provinces at dates to be announced.

“President Mnangagwa will launch in Epworth and address supporters. Our campaign has not stopped,” he said.

Mnangagwa visited the same place before the by-elections and launched his party’s campaign program.

“As a party when we commenced our 26 March By- elections we had a star rally in Epworth Harare Province and this star rally we had the president launching the campaign for the 26 march by elections.

“The election campaign was launched in Epworth and our candidate in Epworth came out victorious.

“We also had victory in Mutasa South and these are constituencies previously held by opposition which we have taken back,” said Bimha.
