City of Harare councillors are meeting today to elect a new mayor and deputy.
This comes after councillors were recently sworn in following the just ended elections in Zimbabwe.
The current Mayor is Jacob Mafume of the Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) it is not yet clear if he will seek re-election.
However, it is believed that CCC will land the post due to majority.
