The Progressive Teachers Union of Zimbabwe secretary-general Mr Raymond Majongwe has claimed that President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s government is currently flushing out Central Intelligence Organisation(CIO) agents working as school teachers.
He made the statement via his social media blog.
Said Majongwe:
“Am told the ED govt is flushing out CIOs planted teachers from Schools. This is a very positive move. Teachers are mere prisoners. These CIOs cause trauma and suffering.”
Former president Mr Robert Mugabe relied CIOs to safeguard his position as the sole center of power in Zanu-PF and government.
