ZAPU and MDC Alliance are expected to announce a deal according to party sources.
This follows after ZAPU leader Dumiso Dabengwa failed to show up at High Court to register as a presidential candidate for 2018 elections.
Sources said ZAPU has decided not to field a candidate for the top job as they will be supporting MDC Alliance leader Mr Nelson Chamisa.
