The Cotton Company of Zimbabwe (Cottco) is working with the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) to curb Presidential input abuse.
Farmers who benefited from this scheme are required to sell their produce to Costco and shun side marketing.
ZRP warns that anyone in the programme who will be found involved in side marketing will be punished in accordance with the law.
