The Chitungwiza Municipality has warned residents and corporates who are encroaching into undesignated areas and building structures without approval that they risk having such things demolished.
The Municipality says it has issued several warnings to the offending individuals and organisations but to no avail.
The local authority further warned that it will not bear any liability to damages which would have been done to the offending’s property during the enforcing process.
