Congolese triplet sisters who, since childhood believed in sharing everything amongst themselves, have bizarrely decided to share a husband- and his name is Luwizo.

The trio of Natasha, Natalie and Nadege were married to Luwizo in a colourful wedding ceremony on the same day.

According to the polygamous Congolese super-daddy, who claims to have first fallen in love with Natalie before meeting her other triplet sisters, the trio demanded that Luwizo marries all of them on the same day.

He says that ‘he was obliged to marry them all because they are triplets.’

“I was obliged to marry to all of them because they are triplets. It wasn’t an easy decision because until now, my parents don’t understand what I’m doing.”

In an interview, one of the triplets said sharing everything has been their life since childhood. In this regard, she contends that sharing a husband was not a difficult decision for them to make.

“When we told him he had to marry all of us, he was shocked. But because he had already fallen in love with all of us, nothing could stop our plans since we were also in love with him.

“Even though people considered it impossible for three women to share one husband, to us, sharing everything has been our life since childhood.”

As bizarre as this scenario might appear, Luwizo’s case brings to mind the story of twin Rwandan brothers who in 2021 hogged the media limelight for puzzling reasons after they married one wife.

The ‘lucky’ woman, Marie Josiane also from Rwanda, was married to the twins last year.

Josiane said she first dated the elder twin who did not disclose to her that he had an identical brother.

She had never seen them together. One day she met, hugged and kissed the other brother without the knowledge that he was not the one she was dating.

After feeling this love from the woman, the other brother fell for her.

To the surprise of many, the woman also revealed that hate or envy does not exist between the two brothers.

The three have been staying together for the past two years and still counting.
