The Bulawayo City Council (BCC) has attributed its failure to attend to sewer pipe problems to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Bulawayo local authority says its sewer tasks teams have been affected by the rising Covid 19 cases.
BCC says this has impacted negatively on service delivery and saw the number of sewer pipes needing attention.
