As the US pauses some projects pending a review of foreign aid to programmes, the President Donald Trump administration through its Embassy in Harare has urged the Zimbabwe an Government take health of its citizens seriously.
“It is time for Zimbabwe to take seriously its responsibility for the health of its people.
“They urgently need to be focused on buying ART and getting nurses in clinics. They can do this,” says the US Embassy.
