A Harare policeman who raped and murdered his 20-year-old stepdaughter on Friday has been arrested.
Constable Moses Nigel Jalasi, who is 25 years old was arrested in Mbare on Saturday walking barefoot with mud on his clothes.
Jalasi raped his stepdaughter at their house in Eastlea Harare and during the rape, the daughter, Olga Nyasha Unganai, 20, screamed and he stabbed her 15 times with a pair of scissors.
Jalasi is married to Nyasha’s 41-year-old mother who is a high ranking police boss at his workplace.
