The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has warned people who are illegally mending roads, saying this is affecting the smooth flow of traffic.
The police has also warned those who are using road intersections (traffic lights/ robots) as begging grounds.
In a statement, ZRP spokesperson Paul Nyathi said the people conducting the said acts are endangering their lives and those of others.
