The ruling party, ZANU PF has resoundingly won the Masvingo Ward 21 council by-election.
ZANU PF candidate got 464 votes with main contender the Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) candidate clocking 179 votes.
Total votes cast were 669 and 26 votes were spoilt.
