The governing party, ZANU-PF PF has resolved that the demolition of houses by the Goromonzi Rural District Council with help from central government in Melfort should stop immediately.
The party” secretary for administration Obert Mpofu said ZANU-PF has taken that stand.
He added that cabinet will deliberate on the matter tomorrow in an effort to find an friendly solution.
