The Zimbabwe Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) says the monetary measures announced by Finance Minister Mthuli Ncube are of no substance at all.
ZCTU says Ncube should have rather remained silent as opposed making empty measures.
“If Min Mthuli Ncube had nothing to say he should have kept quiet,” says the workers body.
