The City of Bulawayo has announced that it will soon decommission Umzingwane Dam due to low water levels (6.67%).
This leaves the city with 5 supply dams which are at 50.30 per cent.
For years, Bulawayo has been struggling with water shortages.
This has seen the local authority rationing water.
