President Emmerson Mnangagwa today capped thousands of graduates among them Movement for Democratic Change-Alliance Vice National Chairman Job Sikhala.
Sikhala has graduated with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with the Midlands State University (MSU).
President Mnangagwa who is the Chancellor of all state universities presised over the graduation ceremony.
