President Emmerson Mnangagwa has appointed Moses Mhike as Permanent Secretary for Women’s Affairs.
Chris Shumba has been appointed Permanent Secretary for the District Development Fund.
The two replace Melusi Matshiya who retired and James Jonga who passed away respectively.
