The Zimbabwe Republic Police ZRP has refuted a report circulating on social media alleging that the country’s security agents have intercepted a consignment of weapons.
In a statement, ZRP spokesperson Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi said the police has not received such a report.
He said the story is false and should be dismissed with contempt it deserves.
